Kidvana ships across most serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery availability may depend on partner coverage, product category, and seasonal constraints.
Standard delivery
- Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3 to 6 business days.
- Remote locations: 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping fees and COD policy
- Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
- Standard Fee: A flat ₹150 delivery charge applies to all prepaid orders below ₹1000.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹150 delivery fee applies to all COD orders regardless of the cart total.
- Regional Restriction: COD is currently available for orders within the Delhi region only.
Dispatch and delays
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
- Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.
- Festive seasons, weather events, or logistics disruptions may delay deliveries.
- If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, our support team will contact you with alternatives or refund options.
